Leaving school is not easy but at Lichfield City Academy we will ensure a safe and enjoyable place to learn and achieve higher education pathways. Excellent football environment to develop and competitive midland & national leagues to perform in. This years academy players are looking forward to the new U18 league & u21 league plus the excitement of the FA Youth Cup. The extra events of first team training/matches, County u18 team & St Georges park & USA scholarship pathways offer further learning for the players CV.

Delighted and proud tcoach the Represenitive team this season to support the elite players to the FA YOUTH CUP FINAL to lose in the last ten minutes to Norwich 2-0. Lichfield City academy players have played their part this year with appearences and for the first years they can experience more moments like this again next season.

Hopefully, if the players and staff can support to win the last 3 league games we can become league champions.

Great experience at Stoke City FC and another pathway for the best young players at the academy to progress to these high standards.

The purpose of the academy is to develop the scholars life skills, football and education pathways through hard work, commitment,sacrifice and passion.

Delighted to support Catapult at St Georges Park with elite sports performance equipment and have elite football coaching with professional coaches.

Congratulations Henry who has been offered a 3rd year at the academy to develop his higher education to University and football development. Henry will be offered a USA scholarship pathway to commence in 2019.

Henry has shown good commitment to both education and football and has listened to advice. Henry enjoys the academy and feels it is like a family atmosphere where he has taken the opportunity to develop his career. 

We will continue to support Henry and help his career.

Delighted to offer talented new scholarships to school leavers this week. Some of the players iv watched at u16 games and others have had training sessions with the Lichfield academy. Following our process of support for their career options we look-forward to making new friendships, supporting their talent and witnessing them develop new relationships with the existing academy players.

After the success of the existing students the Lichfield City education/football academy is in place to offer scholarships and Foundation university degree courses for new students for september 2018.

The opportunity to conduct GCSE-Alevels-BTEC or University pathways in higher education alongside UEFA A qualifyed full time football coaching is a fantatstic oppoortunity.
